Kailua Mustangs Pop Warner Association

Welcome to your new Registration! When filling out this Registration, Please make sure that the information is true.   Information provided in this document and the official background check will be shared with each league our organization participates in.  To become a volunteer or coach, you must complete and pass the following: 

1. Fill out volunteer application (here or on printed form)
2. Pay annual $20.00 Volunteer Fee (this covers the background check. If approved to volunteer, it will also cover all league volunteer fees and ONE (1) coaches shirt (COACHES & BOARD MEMBERS ONLY.)
3. Clear Background check (association runs the background check through Sterling Volunteers National Database)
4. Provide Headshot Photo to 808-728-0319 or email to info@kailuamustangs.com with name and division. (This will be used for any league registrations and badges)

Please keep in mind that although you are applying to volunteer or coach, it does not guarantee the approval to be an official volunteer or the position your applied to for our program.  Confirmation status of your application will be provided in writing by a Kailua Youth Sports dba Kailua Mustangs/Team Kailua, Executive Board Member.  If you have already submitted an application for a previous 2024 season and the system is not allowing you to submit another, please text Kawehi at 808-728-0319 your name and position you would like to apply for and we will update the application on our end. 

Also note that during some seasons you will be required to provide additional support to the association (i.e. setup/breakdown of field, etc) and to take additional certifications at your own expense.  By signing this form, you are agreeing to all of the above terms.
